High-performance Cortizo windows and doors were installed throughout, including a standout feature: an innovative, oversized sliding patio door cleverly recessed into a cavity wall. This smart design maximizes light and space, creating a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor areas.

Inside, the interiors were elevated with high-quality finishes, adding warmth and elegance to the space. The flooring throughout features rich walnut herringbone engineered wood, offering both durability and timeless style. One particularly refined detail is the beautifully set terrazzo slab next to the kitchen island, which adds a modern yet sophisticated touch to the open-plan living area.
