Located in the heart of Blackheath, this project involved the complete renovation and modernisation of a Grade II listed Georgian property. The brief was to restore the home’s historic character while introducing refined modern finishes and improving functionality throughout.
Sky House Construction delivered a full internal refurbishment, including bespoke joinery, upgraded plumbing and electrical systems, and high-quality finishes designed to complement the property’s period features.
Key elements include a handmade kitchen, restored sash windows, and carefully detailed plasterwork, all executed with precision to blend contemporary design with the building’s original elegance. Every stage of the works was carried out in close collaboration with the client, architect, and conservation officer to ensure full compliance with listed building regulations and the highest standards of craftsmanship.
